Management
Jeremy Armstrong (CEO and President)
 Jeremy Armstrong co-founded MoGiZ.com
in 2006, and currently serves as the CEO and President.
Jeremy started working for HP (HPQ: NYSE) in 1999. During his stay at HP, Jeremy
acted as a project manager and service delivery lead working for one of HP's largest
corporate accounts. He was awarded HP's Most Valuable Player of the Year award twice
for his work towards improving service delivery and customer satisfaction. Jeremy
pursued training in ITIL, project management, ISO 9000, Quality Control, and process
development.
In 2002, Jeremy graduated with a BIT from American Intercontinental University (AIU).
While completing his bachelors degree, Jeremy pursued additional studies in web
development technologies (databases, operating systems, markup and programming languages,
etc.).
In 2004, Jeremy founded Powered Canvas, LLC, a company devoted to web development
for small organizations that have access to limited resources. Over the next two
years, Jeremy was able to expand his knowledge of web technologies during his development
projects.
Jeremy's primary focus is on the overall vision and direction of MoGiZ.com, with
key emphasis on the design and development of the site.

David Quallio (COO and Vice President)
 As COO and Vice President, David
is responsible for MoGiZ.com's sales and customer support for all channels, including
retail, distribution, courier services and eCommerce.
Before his current position, David was a service delivery manager for the America's
region for HP. (HPQ: NYSE)
Before joining HP, David fulfilled technical management positions at Qwest Communications
(Q: NYSE) and Manpower Professional (MAN: NYSE).
Prior to Manpower Professional, David served as founder and CEO of ACV Systems,
where he developed and managed the operations, technical development and consulting
business.
David attended Boise State University and ultimately earned a Management and Leadership
degree through Warren National University.
David is leading the marketing efforts for MoGiZ.com and is focusing on new business
development, consumer strategy and brand building efforts aimed at expanding MoGiZ.com's
online presence.
