Are the products for sale new?Most of the products we sell are brand new items. Each product will state if it is new, used, or refurbished on the product details page. If it does not indicate used or refurbished, then it is new and comes with all applicable manufacturer's warranties.How do I know mogiz.com is a reputable merchant?Mogiz.com is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau, and we have maintained positive record. You can also view our ratings on various rating sites (including PriceGrabber.com, BizRate.com, etc.).How do I return or exchange a product?Before returning or exchanging a product, you must request an RMA number. You can request an RMA number for any order that was placed within the last 30 days. To request an RMA, access your account and open your order details. There are instructions in the order details page for submitting an RMA request.
Any exchanges or returns that are done without an RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box may be refused or assessed additional charges. All refunds and exchanges are subject to restock and shipping fees.How do you calculate shipping costs?We offer flat rate shipping. This means that in most cases, the shipping price is the same regardless of your location. Our rates are based off of a combination of first pound and additional pound charges. Because the per pound rate is much cheaper than the first pound rate, the more items you purchase, the better value you are getting for your shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items, shipping outside the continental US, and for hazardous items.How fast will my order ship?We attempt to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Typically, most orders ship same or next day, but there is no guarantee or refund for delayed shipping.Is an item in stock?We only list items on our site that we believe are in stock. We do not have a way to guarantee stock. If an item goes on backorder after you place your order, we will refund you for the backordered product and notify you before shipping the rest of your order. At that point, you can either cancel your entire order, or approve the refund for the backordered item only. We do not hold backorders open, and we cannot change your order to a different product. We use fraud prevention techniques, 128 bit or higher SSL encryption, firewall hardware and software, biometrically secure and video monitored facilities, and much more. You can also see some of the other security programs we use on the about us page.What do the shipping options mean?Ground Shipping - UPS/FedEx Ground or Traceable Freight Shipping. Delivery time is not guaranteed, although the average is about 5 business days after the package ships. 3-Day Shipping - UPS/FedEx 3 Day Shipping. Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days after the product ships. 2-Day Shipping - UPS/FedEx 2 Day Air. Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days after the product ships. Overnight Shipping - UPS/FedEx Next Day Air. Guaranteed delivery by the end of the following business day after the product ships.
Please note that we these times are based on when a product ships from our warehouses. We typically do same day shipping, but this is not always the case and is not guaranteed. Also, the shipping times are based on the number of business days after the product ships.What does it mean when I get an error about a duplicate transaction when trying to check out?To prevent duplicate transactions, we have configured our payment gateway to decline charges that are identical within a short period of time (several minutes). If you are getting this message, either your card was already declined or you have already completed a purchase. You can visit your account to see if you have any open orders. If not, your card was likely declined.Where can MoGiZ.com ship to?We currently only ship to the US. We are planning on offering international shipping options in the near future, so check back again soon.Why is the site saying my card is declined.Mogiz.com uses a processor that contacts the issuing banks for authorization. If your card is being declined, you need to contact your issuing bank for more information.
